So we stopped here before reading the Yelp reviews. When I did check in, I saw the featured photo was an overflowing trashcan. I did actually laugh out loud.
We ordered three meals from KFC and one from Taco Bell. My Crispy Colonel meal was good and the kids each had drumstick meals with mac and cheese and those cool squeezable apple sauces. No complaints. The Taco Bell item was even a special order and they got it right.
I did notice that a couple of employees were being trained and coached on what to do as or food was placed on the counter. Maybe they got rid of the bad employees? Maybe they're turning this place around? Can't say for sure but my experience was fairly positive. -

Absolutely terrible place I came here hour before they closed they proceedEd to tell me that they were closed and not taking anymore orders for the night. Meanwhile the store was open for another hour and people were sitting down eating inside. Terrible job at this fast food chain will never be going there.

Very nice staff, but super slow service. It took more then 15 minutes to get my order. I didn't make any exceptions, so it should have been straightforward.

Looks like the kitchen staff is on break as I didn't see anyone working except cashier. If this is a franchisee, I would suggest corporate get involved because this will seriously damage the reputation -

Probably the worst fast food restaurant in the country. Employees were rude and seemed bothered to even take orders. Service was slow and out of order. Seemed as though they were randomly filling orders. Large contingent of people just loitering in store. Dining area was visible dirty with trash and sticky tables.
